The Porte Apartments at 845 W Madison is a state-of-the-art complex near the Greektown neighborhood that features a large outdoor amenity deck with a swimming pool, multiple fire pits, and a lush green area for tenant use. The residential development, comprised of two towers and a shared podium deck, occupies an entire city block and was completed in 2020. The design of this space focused on creating a sense of community and outdoor retreat in the midst of a bustling city.

With well over an acre of green space, Porte offers tenants direct access to rooftop amenities, which undoubtedly helped name them 2021’s Multifamily Development of the Year by RE Journals!
